Meet Your Instructor
I’m Liz McCurdy, a neurodivergent, certified senior HR leader with over 15 years of experience advising executives and Boards across global, matrixed organizations. I’ve led people strategies for teams as large as 7,000 employees, built inclusive leadership frameworks adopted across industries, and transformed disengaged workforces into high-performing teams. Along my journey, I’ve seen firsthand how traditional DEI programs often fall short—focusing on awareness instead of creating real change. That’s why I developed the Inclusive Leadership Baseline (ILB): a practical, science-backed system designed to meet the universal needs of every employee and empower leaders to create workplaces where people can truly thrive. My mission is to equip you with the tools, confidence, and mindset to lead inclusively—while driving measurable results for your organization.
